It has been a VERY busy couple of weeks....the kids had the fair from August 8 - 11th and had chickens, dogs, horses, rabbits, arts & crafts, natural science and vet science projects entered. This meant a lot of baths for a lot of critters, getting vet work done, getting the trailer ready to use, finishing up projects and solving the "Mom, What am I going to wear ???" question ! Our Cavalier Ruby had a litter of pups by c-section on July 26th, there has been hay to bale and stack, getting ready for the new school year, a new litter of kittens (that mama cat REALLY wanted to have on the bed!) ,setting up for the 4-H Dog Show (and then having to re set up the ring after someone took it down to mow !) , selling chickens, buying new rabbits, the van having a bearing that's going out....WHEW ! No wonder I'm tired ! Obedience Classes are done until Spring....See below for the results of their hard work !
